☼ Relation between two lines with respect to Slopes :–

Let the slopes of two distinct lines l₁ and l₂ are respectively m₁ and m₂, then if

(i) M₁ = m₂ l₁║ l₂

(ii) M₁ m₂ = – 1 $\Leftrightarrow$ l₁ l₂

(iii) is an angle between lines l₁ and l₂, then $tan \alpha = \left|\frac{m_1-m_2}{1+m_1m_2}\right|$
