☼ Exercise – 2 : Change the following into indirect speech.
- “Sana, I have a surprise for you.” I said.
“I’ll take off my coat and hat and show you a magic.”
She said, “No wait, I don’t want to see any magic as I am getting late for my school.”
- “I am sure, he was not in the class room, where has he appeared from ?” Asked Tony.
“We were saved this morning.” Said Shailaja. “But now we may have punishment.”
“What a bad luck !” Commented Malchom.
