How to Insert Decimal Point ?
▪ Case I : When Characteristic of logarithms is positive :
In this case, insert the decimal point after the (n + 1)th digit, where n is the characteristic.
▪ Case II : When characteristic of logarithms is negative :
In this case, insert (n – 1) zeros after the decimal point, where is the characteristic.
